Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MRNEWSLETTER ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The Service
MRNEWSLETTER provides two features: pre-send deliverability checks on newsletter HTML you submit ("Pre-Flight Inspector"), and a matching tool for newsletter cross-promotion based on ESP-verified subscriber data ("Swap Exchange"). We do not send email on your behalf and do not guarantee inbox placement.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including ESP API keys, and for anything that happens under your account. Keep your access to it secure.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to submit content you don't have the right to send, to attempt to access another user's data, or to abuse the Swap Exchange (e.g. misrepresenting your subscriber count outside the verified sync).
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." Deliverability checks are best-effort heuristics, not a guarantee of inbox placement, and swap matches are based on self-reported ESP data we verify at sync time, not an ongoing guarantee of accuracy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
